"The hotel was under construction during my stay, and there was noticeable construction noise. The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant smell—almost rotten or chemical-like. Thankfully, it wasn’t noticeable inside the room. I tried to be understanding, but the condition of the towels was unacceptable. The first towel I picked up had a large hole (about 4 inches) with worn, see-through fabric. The second had a visible yellow stain. The staff was super, super friendly! The breakfast was descent I’ve stayed at both 5-star hotels and budget places like Motel 6, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I don’t expect luxury from an airport hotel, but for $170 a night, it simply wasn’t worth the price."

"Parking is horrible! We had to park 3 lots away. Guest parking should come 1st instead of event parking. Besides parking it is a beautiful hotel."

There were dumpsters or construction containers around the back where it looked like a swimming pool used to be and was kind of an eyesore. I also didn’t sleep well due to other guests shouting at each other for a long time at 3am."
