"The Communication and picking up the key was super annoying. We had to wait forever to get the key and no one responded to our calls. First, we were provided with the wrong address, which was 30 min away. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for two nights which was certainly not enough...but the view of the apartment was great! To get there you have to carry everything a lot of stairs because parking is quite far..."

We didn’t get the access instructions as Expedia had said but were able to contact the host directly who responded immediately to get us in. Throughout our stay the host was responsive to any queries.
