"Place was great right in the heart of dublin, little bit small for two but overall a nice clean room with good staff. Breakfast was decent, only things could be better is more hooks in the room as well as microwave and a mini fridge in the room. Staff were kind and check in easy. Gym was equipped for a basic workout. For a short trip to dublin this is a top spot to be right in the centre of the action and get a nice sleep."

"Perfect for a City break tho’ the rooms are very small. Even so everything was to hand, clean, and operated quietly. Decent door closers too so no noise from slamming door neighbours. Good location, very helpful staff and lovely quiet, clean room."

Ashling Hotel Dublin

Ashling Hotel Dublin

10/10 Excellent
"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was spectacular- one of the best I’ve ever seen. The location was very convenient to the Dublin Heuston train station. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. There were nice security features in place such as requiring your key card to open the door to your hallway after getting off the elevator. The was a hydration station outside the elevator on our floor (and I assume on other floors as well) that offered chilled flat and bubbly water on tap - something I had never seen. An added perk was an ice cream cart in the lobby where guests could help themselves to pre-packed small servings of ice cream at no charge. We didn’t use it but there was a restaurant on site which was a nice feature. There were complimentary packs of cookies in the room as well as coffee and tea. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay the again without hesitation."

8/10 Good
"We spent 4 nights at Staycity Dublin City Center. The location is great- easy access to to sites and transportation but not too loud. The room was small (expected) and when we folded out the twin chair bed, it was almost impossible to walk around the room without climbing over the bed. I suppose we could have made and unmade the bed each day for more space but that wasn’t what I wanted to spend my vacation time on. There was a fire alarm at one point as a guest set their mattress on fire with a heated blanket. The staff handled this VERY well. They followed their safety protocols quickly and efficiently. This made me feel safe as a guest. The beds were firm and comfortable. The towels were big. Do note that unless you are staying 5+ nights, they do not service your room. Reception staff are happy to provide additional coffee or towels in the meantime. Overall, this was a very solid stay and I would absolutely utilize this chain again."

"The place was great value for the area and the staff were great. Worth noting the bed wasn't that comfortable and it was really hot in the room for summer. Definitely more pros than cons at the price though"
