The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially with a check-in time outside of the usual desk hours, and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The room was great, everything you need.
The room was super cosy and clean. Very functional, had everything I needed. Also very stylish, in a way that reminds you of a traditional warm bedroom. Staff were very nice and explained everything I needed to know.
Monica and Claudia were so nice, professional and very helpful the property felt very safe for a female solo traveler. It was also a 15 walk to every thing. Would recommend and will come back too myself.

This is a place to lay your head down, the things I found were the stairs are narrow and no lift available the bathroom door did not latch, No air conditioning so having window open you can hear all the traffic the pub (music) people outside talking.
I wondered why we were given ear plugs! Small room and small bed.
Close to amenities around 15 minutes walking to Temple bar area.
The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Extremely happy with stay. Very convenient to Mater Hospital with parking facilities. Would definitely recommend.
We had a one night stay - check was easy and we were very please with our room layout for the four of us. Lots of room for luggage and us. We appreciated the snacks and coffee/tea/water and juice boxes. Lots of hot water for showers. Everything was clean and tidy!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was great for three of us, visiting for the DRF. Not necessarily the best area to stay in Dublin, but suited our needs perfectly. Would stay again
It is very centrally located, easy to walk to places of interest, there are many restaurants close by, hotel room was very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend 😁
Nice apartment with a good bathroom and comfortable beds. Basic cooking facilities of microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle.
Main drawback is that it's on a very busy road so noisy - and someone had been smoking in my room before me so had to have the window open. They provide earplugs.
Unfortunately the country was experiencing a heat wave during our time there. The fan provided was not effective in moving the air.
We had a problem with our television but they were helpful in resolving the issue. Close to stop #2 on the hop on/off bus which was great! Lots of local cafes close.
The welcome and arrangement for check in was great . The room was very clean and well organised and had everything I needed .
The only down side was the steep steps which were difficult to navigate with a suitcase. Otherwise I would recommend it .
Excellent accommodation and location. Best part, though, were the staff, who were so friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Will stay there again for sure and can recommend unreservedly.
