We were walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. It was our first time in Dublin and was a great location. We arrived at 2am and finding the property was relatively simple from the directions we were given. The coded doors worked great.
Easy remote check in, both rooms very clean, central location, only thing I would suggest is fitting an inside lock to room 101 to ensure security

Disliked: Staff & service
The room was clean, but foul smell emanated from the bath. It’s not explained until you book that there is no hotel staff. Everything is done online. The phone number given for help did not work. The location is good. Few utensils in the kitchenette. This room was way overpriced. An oversized bath had no shelving. Hi price lo expectations
Studio apartment
no reception but we had no issue once deposit paid online with instructions re codes and room number emailed well before check in.
Apartment had good amenities for cooking but our stay was very short and we were gone by 6am.
Great location and nice pubs and restaurants around.

Room was very clean , was in an ideal area for bars & restaurants. Parking was free right outside the property on Sundays. only fault, we were on the ground floor of the property and our room was very visible from the street as people walked past. When the blinds were drawn the room was very dark. The street was extremely busy when we were there so this was quite challenging. Overall would stay again but not on the ground floor.
Location, in walking distance to local amenities, and near local bus route. Nice accommodation with adequate facilities if you like to cook instead of going out and in walking distance of temple bar and other bars and restaurants so was perfect for my needs
Room was clean, fully equipped and in that matter we can't complain. But we had a problem with check in to our room (need to call to reception, send passport photo on email which didn't go smoothly, after all we waited long minutes in hall waiting to get out keys) and later with safety. It was easy to stranger from outside to distrube us early in the morning and we were worried about leaving our things while going out of the room. Staff reacted quickly with changing code to the main door and we understand that accidents like those happen, but it doesn't change the fact that it was bothering and definitely lower our comfort.
The room was very decent. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had enough space for two people comfortably. It was nice having the kitchenette, although the pots didn't work perfectly with the element. The location was convenient for what we wanted to see in the city.
The only issue was the self check-in. I didn't receive the message in advance that requested a deposit to get the code to get in as I was mid-air and navigating the airports to get to Dublin. I had to turn on roaming and phone the hotel/call centre a few times because the messages from expedia weren't coming through quickly. It was pretty stressful not being able to get in or hear from anyone with your luggage in the street and being tired after an 8 hour flight.
Check out was very easy though.
Our stay was lovely. The room was spacious, clean and very comfy. We loved having a fridge, stove and microwave in the room. It was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!
Never met any staff on site. Couple nice restaurants nearby and room was very clean

The room was fine - good location and comfortable bed. But the shower drain was almost completely blocked and the bathroom flooded when we showered and took a really long time to dry out.
Great place to stay, central enough. Clean and full of everything you would need. Lots of food and drink options around. A brilliant place to stay in Dublin.
Good location and facilities. My only complaint is the shower was a bit grubby and the drainage wasn’t great. Overall though really comfortable and good for solo trip and those who want to relax after a long day
The rooms were clean and we didn't need a car. Everything was walkable. the restaurant down the street was so good we ate there three times during our stay. Felt very safe.

Hotel is comfortable and well located, aside from a musty-smelling bathroom, but there are all kinds of weird hoops to jump through before you can actually get your room. After they take payment, they send a mesage with a spammy-looking link asking for a 100 euro security deposit if you want to access your room, which is accompanied by a warning from hotels . com to "Never provide credit card information in a message or on a website after completing your booking. Don't make any electronic payments outside of our platform." Turns out, in this case, you need to ignore that warning. Then there was another form to fill out. No staff on site. Multiple codes to access your key. Once you're there it's fine, but it's not the most straightforward or reassuring process to get there, and crossed-wire messaging from hotel and reservation platform didn't help.
