Very poor customer service We were there on a leisure trip. After 4 days we were informed that the pool and adjoining area would be closed and would not reopen for the duration of our stay. When we approached the front desk the manager was completely unsympathetic

Al Khoory Hotel Apartments
The hotel is well located near the metro. The neighborhood was interesting. The breakfast was varied and plentiful featuring delicious local cuisine American-style breakfast foods. The pool was delightful. My friend enjoyed the gym. The apartment had a washer/dryer. The staff was very helpful.
