The tower is located only minutes’ drive from Sheikh Zayed Road, and just slightly further from Al Khail Road, offering access to many parts of the Emirate of Dubai and beyond. The glass windows are designed to allow one-way visibility. In other words, they allow you to see from the inside to the outside but not vice versa, during the day.

HOT WATER PROBLEM

Despite multiple attempts to have our hot water issue resolved, there was no lasting fix. While they managed to get it working briefly, the problem quickly returned. After that, management went completely silent. Since I was on a work trip, I didn’t have the time to constantly follow up, which made the lack of communication even more frustrating.
