"The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and efficient which made the stay very pleasant. The hotel was very nice, the lobby area is a nice place to spend time, we visited in November when it was a little cold so it was nice to have a lovely lobby to spend time in the evenings. Hotel evening entrainment was good. We had a room on the 7th floor with partial sea view, which was very nice. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, there were so many options for dining throughout the day and night. We had booked a double room but I believe we were given a room for 3 as there was an extra single bed so the room felt very spacious. "

"Room was clean and a great view of all the area and beach from our room. plenty of water and cold drinks in the fridge, there bed was queen size and comfortable, there was towels on robes for us to use on the beach, there was 2 hot water pools, and a jacuzzi indoor also, the massage people were good and my wife had a pedicure also, We was on the 8th floor and had to wait for the lifts once or twice, so when it’s busy there you need to bear that in mind.
