"My first room was so awful I didn’t sleep the first night. There were stains on the pillow cases, a ball of hair next to the tub, hair in the hand towel, my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and there was a pair of dried up contact lenses on the night-stand. After complaining, I was given a new room. While the linens appeared to be cleaner, I didn’t feel comfortable and purchased my own pillowcases and a blanket at Target. The musty smell that came from the air register was so bad I bought Lysol...

"At the time of our stay- June 26-28 2026, the pool and fitness center were closed. The breakfast was delicious! And the staff were extremely helpful and apologetic for the condition of the hotel. Two members of our party had to change rooms due to inadequate air conditioning and a leak in a shower (that was causing a fall hazard in an accessible bathroom. There were tiny spiders in our beds, and dead roaches in our room. Black mildew in the showers. No batteries in tv remotes. No lightbulbs...

"My room was filthy. The floors were not cleaned at all. It was old dirty towels from a previous stay in our bathroom. There were no rooms to switch to. I did not realize all of the single and double rooms had exterior doors to outside and not opening into a hallway. The breakfast was good. Check in took a long time to get room keys. Parking was fine but the room was terrible."

"There were termites or ants on night stands next to bed. They covered my water bottles and whatever else you put on the table. So, I was not able to use night stand. There was also a big cockroach in the room. I only seen one in my 4 night stay. The room was next to trees and I know insects are bad over summer so happy not to see any more. The room was clean and bed slept very well."

"It needs to be updated. Furniture, shower, & lamps are looking old. Bathroom floor was sticky & not as clean as it should’ve been. Slight smell to room."
