"I was surprised there was no coffee maker in my room. When I went down for coffee in the morning, the coffee machines were not working because the grounds trays were full. I let the desk person know, but didn't wait around for it to be rectified.
There was an iron in my room, but no ironing board, I did not call the desk to ask for one."
