Check-in was easy. Lady at the desk was very helpful. She gave us directions to several places. The room was very nice and clean. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa. There were 3 of us and that gave us plenty of space. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Breakfast was good. Quiet a variety of foods to choose from. Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Firstly, the pictures are exactly what you get. There are great views of the mountains from outside and especially at sunset it's beautiful! The hotel is well kept, clean, and staff friendly. The same goes for the room - comfortable and clean. Free continental breakfast in the morning was good as well. That room was kept clean too. The pool, although no one out of our group got in, looked well maintained. No complaints about this hotel! I would recommend to a friend.
