"The front desk clerk was very nice, check in was quick. The room was very nice size and so clean. I like the blinds and the large TV. The bed is comfy. The breakfast was really good and staff in that area were so nice. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would recommend is taking ear plugs because the walls are obviously super thin. We could hear normal conversations from the other rooms and the street traffic was kind of loud too. "

"The room smelled like someone was smoking in it. There was a cigarette burn on the top blanket, and stains on the sheets. No ice in the ice machine. Said there was "free" breakfast, and all they served was waffles and coffee."

"The blanket on the made bed had something crusty all over it. There was a large clump of hair on the floor by the sink. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The vent in the bathroom wasn't secured to the wall. Part of the ceiling above the shower was ready to crumble. No phone, iron or ironing board, as advertised. Smoke detector not secured. Holes in the curtains. Beds were hard as boards. No stopper in the sink, so don't drop anything! Not a good experience, at all. Extremely disappointed. Pictures on Hotels.com site were not even close to there real thing!"

"The building is absolutely stunning! The staff was so kind and very helpful! If i’m ever in Kentucky I will definitely be staying there again!"

"Staff was great but hotel felt run down and rooms felt old. There was a floor fan running in our hallway all night and the AC unit ran nonstop from the wall either blowing freezing air or hot air. Fitness room was closed for no reason "

"We arrived and the house was clean and had instructions for the house and things to do/see in the nearby area. We enjoyed the yard with our dogs and relaxing by the lake! We caught several bluegills which were released back into the lake. Would definitely stay here again next time we get back this way!"
