"We had the BEST time here! The room was perfect for traveling with an adult son and minor son. We all had our own areas. The kitchen was beyond helpful and cut the cost of our stay since we didn't have to eat out every meal. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and sitting on the balcony overlooking the courtyard was so peaceful in the morning. It was a great place to start the day with my cup of coffee. There was a minor issue with the tub faucet handle, but maintenance was out immediately and took care of it. The pool was beautiful and they even offered water aerobics, which I participated in. I would highly recommend this property, and would love to come back."

"Room was clean. You pay a “resort” fee for an older “motel “ feel. Pool area was plain. Exterior doors of out building falling apart seen down walkway. Breakfast choices ok."

"i stayed in the king room with accessible lanai. the bathroom was spacious, easily accessible shower stall. i liked the bar near the private beach, the food and drinks were good. i had delicious filet mignon for dinner, for breakfast which was included i had the spectacular lobster benedict, soooo delicious. i’ll stay here again, it’s right on Duval street, walking distance to the bars and shops and boating trips, jet ski rentals"

"Stayed just one night and wished we had stayed longer. Phil on the reception desk was so helpful. The property is like new and so tranquil, with a shuttle bus every hour into the town centre. We were given an allowance of 20% off food at the restaurants which we did not use so Phil, without asking, waived our parking fee to make up. Now that's something I have never experienced at any other hotel. Please visist this hotel, you will not be disappointed."

"Beautiful updated hotel, loved the bar and the lobby . Our room was perfect after we moved to the 6th floor . The first room was not great . We liked the newer section much better . Loved the bikes and the location. Elevators need to be updated and they need to add another one . Would stay here again ."

"I found it weird you had to go to the pool to order your lunch or dinner and then go wait in the lobby for it to be delivered. The breakfast crew were excellent. The shuttle bus was very nice although the drop off point could have more in the middle of town."

"Joe at the front desk was very helpful. We did have a few issues with housekeeping and being able to get into our room. On four separate occasions, we had to come and have someone readjust the lock on our door because our keys did not work. We did enjoy the complementary coffee each morning."
