We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

Approximate drive times: Claytor Lake State Park 10 to 15 minutes; Radford University 20 minutes; Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg 30 to 35 minutes; New River Trail State Park access 5 to 7 minutes; Draper Mercantile 5 to 7 minutes; downtown Pulaski 15 to 18 minutes; I-81 Exit 92 about 12 to 15 minutes.

This home offers convenient single-level living. All three bedrooms are on the main floor along with the living area, dining area, and kitchen.

Hall bathroom (main floor): shower/tub combo

Primary bathroom (ensuite to Bedroom 3): jetted tub and separate walk-in shower

Kitchen: Located on the main floor next to the dining and living spaces, making meal prep and serving simple.

Major highways:

Convenient access to I-81 via Draper Exit 92 in about 12 to 15 minutes. Other nearby options include Exit 89 for VA-100 in roughly 10 to 12 minutes, and Exit 94 for VA-99 in about 15 to 18 minutes. These exits serve Draper and the New River Trail area, making regional travel simple.
