"The property at Cliff House is absolutely stunning: a deep, large, and beautiful pool with plenty of of lounge chairs and tables in sunny and shady areas, all overlooking the gorgeous ocean. The outdoor restaurant is also very nice. The rooms were disappointing; I didn’t feel that they were particularly dirty, just very dated and poorly kept up (peeling paint, rusty fixtures). "When I checked in, there was nobody at the front desk. A drunk man was yelling, slamming a door, and glass was shattering. I had to call a number to get someone to help me. A younger woman came over, but she didn’t speak any English. I explained to her about the man yelling and the glass shattering, but she just looked at me without responding. I asked for a refund because I didn't feel safe; she said no. I then requested not to be near the room where the man was yelling (he was drunk), and she...
