"We loved how close it is to the Prudential Center. Just a very short walk. The place was clean, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Was disappointed that there was not a restaurant on site even though the description said it did. I don’t consider a Starbucks as a restaurant. Otherwise it was great, there are nice places to eat close by recommended by the hotel."

"I reserved a Pod by accident (trip with my 9 yr old niece) and I reserved the room so quickly because I was SO excited about the bunk beds, that I neglected to realize that the showers and toilets were in the hallway, but we had a sink in the room! Lol! It was an adventure- my oversight! The property is great. Outdoor space, restaurant/bar on main floor and the elevators can quickly despite World Cup travelers filled the hotel and lots of people! It was great. We had a nice time there."

"The room I received looked nothing like the pictures online. We were on a 2nd floor with bad lighting, no view (couldn't even open the blinds). Carpet was bad didn't want to walk on it without my shoes on. I had only booked for 1 night (non-refundable)"
