"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. "Well situated, close to the subway. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Where to start… All of the doors are extremely heavy. Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. My room was over the square courtyard facing a wall of windows that looked directly in on other guests rooms, no reflective glass, I saw lots of naked people who I suspect had no idea. "The air conditioning worked but no way was the temperature reading accurate - I was unable to achieve the temperature I was hoping for. The shower head also left something to be desired. However, location was great. It was clean and safe. No frills."

"Very small space and very limited room cleaning services. AC barely worked. Shower pressure was awful. Not happy with our stay at all. Definitely was not worth the money."

"The hotel is in a great location. I got the impression that it’s for a youngish crowd (mid 20s?). The rooftop was very nice, with cheap drinks. The only “issue” was that there was no safe in the room we stayed in."

"This was an excellent stay! Anytime I’m going to New York, I will be staying here. The place is so clean, very secure (three locks on the door). The staff was consistently helpful. And the $10 coupon that they gave you for breakfast is quite substantive because the café has delicious food that will fit the budget. I had quiches that were $10, or sandwiches that were $10. Haven’t seen that kind of price in the upper west side in New York. I really enjoyed my stay."

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"The hotel is very good, but I was annoyed when they charged me an extra $54 for a "destination fee." I had already paid for the reservation in advance, and the website made no mention of this extra charge. I only stayed one night and wasn't going to need any of the things included in that fee."

"The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel. The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

"The AC in the room worked and was really cold. The room was clean and the bathroom too. Nice place just to rest heads and continue about ur day. Not realllyyy close to TMSQ walking distance for people who are new but IF the trains are running properly super easy to get there. Unfortunately when we went they were but ubers and taxis easily available."

"I am not happy with my stay at all at Yotel for some reasons. Despite the small room and space, there was no fridge to keep our stuff in. There were a few "ice maker" in some floors", not all that we had to go other floors to use. There was no ice bucket to grab ice even. I had to have them in a plastic bag. There was no water in the room. Even when we asked the restaurant to find a water dispenser or something, the manager said either the vending machine or you need to buy from outside. I...
