Three bedroom / 2 bath house located in Double Springs, AL on beautiful Smith Lake. This house boasts an open floor plan with a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Dining area seats 6 comfortably with an additional 2 at the bar. Additional seating at the table on the porch.
Outdoors, enjoy the fire pit overlooking the lake, or relax on the screened in porch.
Gentle easy walk to the dock with very few steps. Dock with swim pier. Dock has one boat slip available for the guest's use.
