Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff went the extra mile every day. Our bathroom was showing its age with slow drains and a running toilet. We left a laptop there and were glad they notified us quickly. They use a service to ship items and I was a bit shocked to have to spend approx $200 ...

Wonderful location in the Austrian alps. Very clean. Innervillgraten is a picturesque village that is only about 5-10 minutes away by car. It was fascinating watching the fields be tended to on the side of the mountains which seemed impossible to stand on.
