"We booked room through Hotels and when we arrived the front desk didnt have out name or reservation, she was not very helpful, just asked if we booked through a third party(which we did). So it was not a very nice experience as you could imagine. Tried to reach hotels but she said there wifi was in and out so i had to go outside(it was not very warm) and i had to go in and out of front door many times, it did not make me feel great and not a good look for a resort. I think she could have done a better job explaining things but was very rude and not sympathetic, I was able to reach someone after a very long chat messaging timeframe and they booked us a hotel down the road. I will never go to the Equinox and will not give them good reviews."
