"Gap under the door makes a blowing draught. Again rust on door frame. Changed the towels, which I actually asked for them not to do,but couldn't restock the coffee and milk. Breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable choice. Coffee from the pump urn tasted like yesterdays used grounds every day I was there, wasn't a pleasant experience, especially as coffee is a definite need first thing in the morning. "Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep."
