"Upscale and comfortable hotel - very central our room had a balcony and a view of forbidden city. We eat twice in the bar with cocktails and very nice indeed if you are after something a bit more western at end of the day. (Hotel does have other restaurants too)."

"The hotel did not meet basic standards. The shower was dirty, with noticeable yellow stains in the corners. The property is currently under renovation, resulting in significant daytime noise and unpleasant odors. Overall, it felt more like a low‑quality bed and breakfast than a proper hotel."
