"Clean, well maintained hotel , well furnished and great team. BUT - BREAKFAST is much under the expected standards of a Clayton hotel. Awful plasticky looking and tasting scrambled eggs, no fried eggs, poor quality sausages, poor choice of cold meats, poor choice and quality of pastries, tinned tomatoes… try to avoid breakfast if u go. The room prices are too high for the quality of breakfast on offer. I’ve been to many Clayton hotels all over the UK- the breakfast in this one is absolutely under the expected standard"

"It's low cost no frills but staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the size of the rooms are huge compared to most other places. A desk and chair in all rooms too to do your work on. Can't ask for more. Thanks for pleasant stay."
