"Lauren’s Crib was a cute and cozy studio. The room was complete with a TV, microwave, AC, Wi-Fi and fan. The host was also wonderful with communication and provided clear and timely check in instructions. The area itself seemed quite safe. There were security guards who let us in. The building was quiet and peaceful. Also the location seemed convenient as it was right next to a SM Hypermarket. My only issues were the leaking sinks and the poor bathroom design. "The dining and living room furniture is uncomfortable. The balcony is unusable due to the air conditioning unit being placed on the balcony. The overall space was smaller then anticipated from the photos (I don't think all of the photos were of this unit). We had to supply our own bath tissue, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent..."

"Great stay as per usual. Most convenient and cost effective accommodation you will find in Malolos. No other one comes close especially with the amenities you are provided with for the price! Host is amazing so they'll be sure to give you a good time, too."

"Very over zealous security guards. Guests must surrender an ID document (passport, driver’s licence) to get a security pass to enter the residences. And security guards will ask you what apartment you are staying in every time you enter. The pool is not free to use either. You must pay each time you want to have a dip."

"Their Pool does not exist. It’s very far from our unit and it was closed. "

"We were very pleased with this little place. It is in a nice, gated community. It was very clean, well decorated, and had an in-toilet bidet. There is also a sari-sari store on the property which is nice if you need to buy something and you don't want to go out. Rose was a great host and very accommodating. We highly recommend this place."

"The building and the room were clean, friendly staff, and convenient location. Overall, satisfied and restful stay. Thank you"

"It was everything we hoped that it would be. Clean, comfy and cozy. "
