"Excellent location, comfortable, great breakfast. Very busy hotel"

"Roupa de cama suja e travesseiro velhos é pequenos"

"My go-to hotel whenever I visit Brasília. The rooms are clean, the staff are attentive and respectful, and housekeeping consistently does a great job. Breakfast is good, with a decent selection of vegetarian options. The only disappointment on this trip was the late-night room service. The staff member taking my order spoke no English, which made communication difficult, and the pizza I ordered was just not edible. Otherwise, another comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Excellent location and amazing breakfast"

"Property is a little old. But well located."

"Boa localização e funcionarios bem prestativos. Otima estrutura"

"Café da manhã muito bom e funcionários atenciosos"

"Tudo bem"

"Excelente localidade e ótimo café da manhã. Quarto muito confortável."

"Café da manhã bom, a estrutura do hotel deixa transparecer ser um tanto quanto antiga, julgo ser necessária uma modernização das comodidades."

"Extremely disappointing stay — not what I expected from Meliá I stayed at Brasil 21 Suites by Meliá for 14 days and had to change rooms THREE different times. One room was extremely noisy, another had visible mold/staining on the walls, and the rooms generally felt outdated and poorly maintained. The TVs were outdated, walls were dirty and clearly needed a fresh coat of paint, and...

"Worth the price. Room was very acceptable. Staff very accommodating 👌. I liked breakfast. A/C was good. Gym limited but work out went well. I asked for a double bed instead of a single and they switched me and I was very grateful. Had dinner there once and it was very good. Steak was very tasty and very good"

"usually stay there but this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. the bathroom sink area wasnt clean. the breakfast this time was lacking and not the typical options as in the past. the only think I actually dont like is the parking. you either get lucky with a place by the front door or they charge you to park in their garage. in brasil parking has always been free whenever I travel. normally the hotel is decent but this time I was disappointed"
