"Meget fint lille hus med alle nødvendige faciliteter. Rent og pænt, gode senge"

"We arrived late, so didn't expect to be greeted. We had called and advised that we would be late, so Hazel gave us excellent instructions on how to get in after closing. She also took our breakfast order on the phone. The next morning, all was well, but we saw no one at checkout, which was odd. There is no reception, no entry desk, and there was no one around. "I loved this hotel! I booked in for one night and stayed for four! I had booked a single room but on checking in requested a room with a bathtub if possible. Not only did I get that, but they put me in a double room! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant/bar was very nice and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Lovely hotel well positioned, but unfortunately the food from the menu let it down my husband had the chicken and pasta completely tasteless, wife had the slither of salmon she said it was okay, her sister and husband said the chips where cold sent them back redone and bought back out Breakfast was okay could have been hotter"

"Possibly one of the best hotels I've stayed in a while. Staff were lovely. The pub on site had a real community feel and did a lovely pie and mash. Was very close to Snowdon making a sunrise hike possible and the amenities such as water and snacks were lovely. Overall one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and would recommend to travelers in the area"

"The hotel looks great from the outside, but inside it has a stale smell. Our room"

"The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening."

"We had a great stay here. Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in"

"Great location, easy self check in. The whole place was clean and in good condition. Simple self service breakfast with good coffee. If there was one word of warning... if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. Someone in the next room was an impressive snorer and I didn't have any!"

"Wonderful stay! Accommodation was very clean, well equipped and lovely and warm after a day walking in the rain! Food was great and staff very attentive. Wonderful views, very peaceful and the cabana was a bit different which the kids loved especially going up the ladder to bed."

"A unique bed&breakfast... perfe location after a day's hike up in the mountains and dinner os 15 minutes away . The room was very nice and comfy. I also enjoyed the reading room upstairs. Breakfast next morning was really good and plentiful. My wife bought a pair of alpacca socks ( you need to stay there to understand fully, there are 3 of them in the back ) Claire is a fantastic host who took really good care of us"

"Excellent, clean and welcoming stay again. Need to book the spa in advance to get the time you want"

"Well situated. Carpets dirty. Cocktail lounge cold. Too techy & it didn't work. No parking. Breakfast expensive. Bathroom mouldy"

"Fantastic views of the river and the hotel is in a lovely location."
