"Très bien situé à Ivan Nomac à environs 20 mns du port où les ferry arrivent . Attention pas de grand supermarché à proximité , prévoir de faire les courses sur le chemin . Petite plage á 200 M
Seul bémol 4 logements et seulement 3 places de parking possibles "

"The view from the terrace was the best. The apartment is spacious, very close to the beach, and it is equipped with the basic stuff for a comfortable stay. "

"Apartment is small and quite dark as its on the ground floor, but this meant it was cool even on very hot days. It's really well equipped with everything we needed. The only slight issue we found was the bells from the clock tower 50yards away, they start at 6am and stop at 10pm. Didn't cause us issues as we wake up early but not great for those who want a lie in. Location is perfect just a few mins walk to the small back streets with great restaurants and close to the harbour."

"Great and cute room!! Washroom is above and beyond beautiful, kitchen is lovely too and stocked with everything you need. The outside area is beautiful too granting a nice place to relax and nice views. Also right next to a market which makes picking up food and necessities super easy. Friendly and kind host, good communication as well. For the price I was very happy and would definitely recommend"

"The hotel is no cheap and yet the rooms are very small (we upgraded to a superior marina view room with balcony) and expected something more spacious. There’s not even room for bedside tables instead all you things - phones, watch, water etc need to go in a 2 inch deep space inset into an already small cupboard. There’s nowhere to put cases and the balcony is pretty small.
The bathroom is poorly designed and the shower door is floor to ceiling so you can’t really put a towel on the floor to keep it dry.
The location is right on the marina but even here it’s probably too close as the view is obscured by the boats and there are always vans going up and down.
On the plus side, the hotel is clean and stylish, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast pretty good but overall we thought the hotel did not offer good value for the money we paid.
When we checked out, we were not even asked whether we enjoyed our stay. Disappointing experience"
"My sister and I went to Croatia to visit our family where our roots are from and did some travelling as well down the coast. When we left our grandparents’ villages, we headed to Split, and then took a ferry to the island of Hvar. We found a room at the Hotel Teranea just about 1.5km from the old city of Hvar.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the hotel manager Branko. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed almost like family. We checked in with ZERO issues, and he showed us to our room. The room was better than expected. I asked him for recommendations and he gave me his card and asked me to just send him a quick text on WhatsApp.
Branko replied super fast, with some beach recommendations, as well as recommendations for dinner and shopping.
Let me tell you, this man was a better than a gem in everything, including his recommendations. We went to a beach that seemed like it was a hidden spot, including a bay, with pristine waters and low amount of people. Later, we went to the first recommendation on the list which was Restaurant Mediterraneo in the heart of the old city, oh man, what a recommendation! The food was better than A1!!
We had breakfast the next morning, which was beautiful, fresh, and very tasty. We said our goodbyes, and got a very heartfelt hug from both Branko and the woman who was also staff.
I am DEFINITELY, 110% going to be bringing my wife and kids back there again. Hvala Liepo Branko!! (Thank you very much Branko!)"
"Our stay at Pharos was perfect! It was exactly what we hoped for during our stay in Hvar. The highlights included the breakfast buffet, which was large and full of delicious options, the pool and pool bar, and the proximity to town and beaches nearby.
a few things to keep in mind, to reach the hotel by foot you will be walking uphill - a very easy walk uphill in our opinion but an uphill nonetheless, they do offer baggage pickup and drop off at the Hvar ferry port if you are coming in/ out on one of the public scheduled ferries! Very helpful for us with heavy backpacks.
Another thing to note is that because it is at the top of a hill, it gets a little windier there than by the beach. So if it is hot by the beach, we found that the sun was still really warm by the pool but the wind cooled you down. We were travelling right before peak season so we can imagine it being perfect in the summer!"
"My fiance and I loved our say at Amfora Hvar grand beach resort! We arrived at the property early and the front desk was very accommodating with storing our bags and allowing us to use the pool prior to check in. We laid at the pool and got lunch for a few hours until our room was ready, which was still 2 hours before check-in. The pool has a nice resort vibe and pool staff were fairly attentive with drink orders. Our room appeared to be newly renovated- it was clean, beautifully decorated with an impressive bathroom. We appreciated the mini bar and the bathroom stocked with toiletries. We did not hear our neighbors. The hotel restaurant/bar has a wonderful patio overlooking the pool and Adriatic sea. Although we just had the focaccia appetizer, it was some of the best bread and olive oil of our entire trip. The resort even has a shuttle service for bags for the nearby ferry, so your bags will be dropped off allowing you to walk the short 10 minutes to the ferry port/town uninhibited with your bags. the cherry on top was the breakfast buffet! It had endless options of food and drink with floor to ceiling windows of the amazing view. We wish we had stayed here for more than 1 night and hope to go back!"
