"We had a wonderful stay at this 3-star hotel. From the security staff at the main entrance to the reception team, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The breakfast was delicious, and the fresh waffle station was a fantastic idea that we really enjoyed. We booked a room with a sofa bed, which was converted into a small king-size bed perfect and very comfortable for two children.The location is also very convenient.The metro station is about a 7–8 minute walk away. We only used it twice because of the very hot weather, but taxis in Doha are affordable, and the hotel is just a short ride from all the main attractions.A special thank you to Johanna at the reception for her patience and kindness during our late-night check-in.We truly appreciated her warm welcome after a long journey.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Qatar .Keep up the excellent work ♥️"

"We had a very short stay just for a layover of a few hours but the hotel was lovely. 20 mins from the airport and with a Nando’s right next door. Lovely staff who were very helpful. I would like to stay for longer next time."

"An Unforgettable Stay at Raffles Doha My mum, my sister, and I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Doha for seven nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made both my family and me feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our Urban Suite was absolutely stunning—very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It quickly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a fantastic selection of high-quality food, and everything we tried was delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. On our second night, there was a fire alarm while we were staying on the 11th floor. My mum has a very bad knee, so walking all the way down the stairs felt never-ending and was quite challenging for her. However, I was genuinely impressed by how professionally the hotel handled the situation. The manager and staff were calm, reassuring, and extremely attentive. They provided us with bottled water and escorted guests to the neighbouring Fairmont Doha, where we were able to rest comfortably until everything was confirmed to be safe. Their quick response and excellent customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where we felt safe and well looked after. "Easy to get to and from the airport using uber. staff was very friendly and remembered our names and orders by the end. great location with everything a short uber away. breakfast was lovely and room was great- even upgraded us for free. recommend to all and very family friendly. would come back again."
