PRIVATE ESTATE IN EPIRUS

The Patriko Estate of 16 acres, is located in Epirus, in the traditional settlement of Terovo, 30 km away from the beautiful city of Ioannina. Patriko is a 5-bedroom mansion in a 16-acre estate in the countryside at an altitude of 800m. One can really enjoy and experience the tranquility of the mountain, combining the element of water in a traditional house made from local materials and local craftsmen by the rules and art that houses were built centuries ago. Our house was refurbished in 2019, however the old family house stood in the same place since 1800s.

Terovo is an ideal destination both for summer, enjoying the river and the local musical gatherings, and of course winter, to hike and end up enjoying local specialties by the fireplace. Access to the property is a 2min drive from the square of Terovo, straight to the entrance of the property.

The rich planting consists of cypresses, oaks, trees that thrive in the area (almond, pear, pomegranates,) and flowers. There are extensive fruit and vegetable crops traditionally grown without pesticides and with only organic fertilizers.

Inside the estate there are two independent buildings. The main building, made of stone that houses the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, with four rooms which have access to the courtyard and swimming pool. Finally, an independent accommodation, at the bottom level next to the forest and with its own private yard. All of the above areas are fully equipped with bath and shower with constant boiler hot water supply and heating.
