We were awarded a complimentary upgrade for my boyfriend’s birthday and were able to use the Bentley to be dropped off in town. Rooms were lovely and clean, and very warm! "Lovely quiet courtyard room - 309 - would request again for the peaceful location. We have stayed in a lake view room in the past and would pick the courtyard over it, as it means you aren’t on the main road. All the staff are friendly and helpful, from check-in, to spa, to restaurant. "
