При заезде в отель, сразу же огорошили, кушать в номере нельзя! пить чай, кофе нельзя!хоть чайника в номере нет, непонятно для чего там стоят чашки? курить на терассе нельзя! даже в открытое окно, в общем нельзя ничего, лучше всего вообще не ночевать. Сам номер, большой, но ремонт и вся мебель 90-ых годов, запах в номере, очень тяжёлые, от старой мебели. Попросили при высилении написать в кассовом чеке одну фамилию, т. к. был в командировке муж, а я езжу с ним, а они специально выписали документ на двоих,сказали потому что я написала плохой отзыв при за селении, поэтому получите! вот вам! удалите отзыв и мы вам перепишем чек на одну фамилию, короче устроили нам какой то шантаж, как будто мы попросили что то криминальное? Короче, мы попали в советский союз во всех её проявлениях. Часто ездим в командировки по всей Украине, но первый раз сталкнулись с таким отношением. Сюда мы больше точно не приедим, хотя часто бываем в Днере!

No WiFi working. Towels were not changed at all. Only one member of the staff spoke English. Room too hot and the radiator could not be turned down. Very narrow staircase leading to second floor, making it difficult with a large suitcase. The only pluses were that the staff was friendly and the hotel is right in the city center.
