"My room was clean, my only complaint was not being able to speak to anyone at reception and digital messages giving instructions were all in Czech so difficult to translate. I didn't have anyone to speak to one to one except the cleaning lady who was the only employee I saw in my 4 night stay. Single room and bathroom were very clean and although there was a kettle in the room there was only 1 teabag to make a drink and I had to buy sachets myself to make morning coffee. There was a fridge in the room which was useful"
