8/10 Good
"My partner and I had a fantastic time at this little A-frame. We often vacation in tiny houses/studios and this was just what we needed. It has a functional, lightly equipped kitchen where we could cook meals. The couch is comfy and was a great place to relax and watch movies after a full day of being out fishing. The water pressure was great, hot showers with water on demand, a big plus. Since it was just the two of us, there was plenty of room to spread out our gear, and lots of hooks to hang backpacks, jackets, etc Having enough space for our truck and boat trailer was super convenient. Also, having a little dock of our own for our boat and to fish from was a really nice addition. The owner even let us use a second dock since no one was renting at the house next door at the time. Thanks!Sunset from the front porch, perfection Our only complaint was that the listing said it had a queen bed, but the bed is definitely a double/full. My partner is quite tall, so that mattered to us. We would definitely return here to Back Lake, we'd probably rent the waterfront cabin instead from the same host!"

Waterfront Maine Cabin w/ Deck, Fire Pit & Trails

10/10 Excellent
"This is a wonderful little cabin on a quiet road surrounded by woods on two sides and a river on the third side. We enjoyed campfires and sitting on the little deck by the water. It was so great to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Living room was small but comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom, while small had everything we needed. We thank the hosts for a great getaway to the woods of Maine!"

10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I spent two mid-week nights at this well maintained home on the lake for our anniversary. The host was very responsive, accommodating and provided timely information for our stay. The home appears to be freshly updated with a full kitchen and updated interior, including the floors. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. You can view the lake from any seat in the living room, or from the deck, and it is a gorgeous view. Plan ahead for groceries to save some money and time since grocery stores are a bit of a distance away. Overall we found this to be a wonderful retreat spot to escape the day to day demands of life and enjoy some peace and tranquility."

"House was just as described. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. the driveway was big enough for our 7 machines and 4 trucks and trailers. The washer and dryer was a great feature especially after a dusty day of riding. Things were also nicely labeled. Would highly recommend!"
