"The cottage was very nice and clean indoors. However, the outdoors were somewhat dirty with trash laying all around the property (blue plastic pieces, pampers box, etc.) Also, a window was broken upon our arrival Friday at 3:15pm and we were not made aware of this. Finally, the TVs had a strange setting where they would suddenly turn on in the middle of the night with very loud channels on. Not ideal for babies! "We stayed here with two families, a total of 9 people (5 kids), the room set ups are perfect to share with two families and was set up with xbox and other streaming services. Kitchen was stocked, the place was clean, the PM team was super responsive and pro-active. The hot tub was super clean and it was just a cozy house to enjoy friends and family after skiing all day. Short ride to Sunday River. We would definitely go back! Thank you! "

"Overall, the yurt was located near town and the ski areas.The biggest complaint was the neighbors. Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Would love to explore the trails and more around Bethel. Building and bathhouse are nicely done. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim."
