"Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel room was excellent. We were charged twice for parking. Once as a miscellaneous debit and another as a point of sale. I called valet parking and the reservation desk. I was transferred to the financial department. I left a voicemail but no one returned my call, but one of the charges was removed."

I would love to see what else they have to offer. I did notice some dusty areas of the room that look like they just often get overlooked, nothing out of control. I did find a long hair in the bath tub.. but, I know things happen!! Now, there was one thing I had actual issue with, and it was the shower. The rainfall shower head had absolutely no water pressure whatsoever, half of the holes in the shower head were clogged so water really only came out of one section. It was extremely disappointing!"
