"Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all. She did nothing to make our stay comfortable. I asked If there was a fan, to which she replied she does not know. I later asked if the tap water was drinkable via message...

"finding the place was a pain in the ass. no one is there to greet you so your on your own. took at least an hour to find the place and get access. its a shared house. so like 4 or 5 rooms in one house and your rent each room seperately."

"The A/C was not working and I call the contact number. She said it was 7 pm so they couldn’t look at it until the following day. I said unacceptable and I would cancel my stay. In about 20 minutes, a lady tried to get remote to work and then changed the batteries. At that point she had trouble with A/C but it finally turned on. Unfortunately the fan speed could not be controlled even with new batteries. I moved out a day early due to A/C. Room is very basic and 2 floors up."

Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com. The small balcony of the not-so-large but comfortable room offers a nice view of the castle and the rooftops. There is no parking, but "P1-Jelenka" is only 300-400 meters away. The email sent earlier indicates a different property location. No parking related information at all. It didn’t alert guests that there is no parking allowed in the town. No parking lot recommendation. As we were redirected to the actual property with a large piece of luggage, the receptionist didn’t understand...
