"booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost. The stay was also badly affected by very loud roadworks starting after midnight, including a concrete saw and jackhammer, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. I appreciate...

"We had a lovely stay. The host was very detailed in our check in process. Our only small concern was that the studio did not have a window only 2 French doors out to the patio. It was very hot conditions so it made sleeping slightly uncomfortable due to no AC. Otherwise it meant our all our needs and expectations."
