"The checkin process was a little crazy (crowded, holiday weekend) but easy still. Room was super convenient to parking and was huge! We had only one minor issue with the blinds but was fixed that same evening. I did have family come the next day and had a room booked and it took 2 hours to get their room (after 4pm checkin time) and then when they got to room a/c didn't work. It was a huge ordeal and changing rooms at midnight. The manager handled it all and comped some places on property. Overall, it was a really nice place and our kids loved it. The "waterpark" isn't as grand as pictures lead on but we still had a great time."

"I go for Disney but I stay for Kompose. I love everything about this place from the insane breakfast spread to the lazy river. Shout out to Rob at the front desk, he truly understands how simple gestures of kindness leave lasting impressions on guests. This hotel is 5 stars every single time."
