"Great hotel in a great location, easy and safe to walk to the universal parks! Staff were all really helpful, the room was a bit dated but it had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable, the housekeepers also did a great job everyday! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved this hotel! We received a surprise upgrade with our room upon check in. Thanks, Cabana Bay! The Starbucks onsite was super convenient before heading to the parks and getting your morning caffeine fix. The early park admission we received for Epic was awesome and enabled us to get on a bunch of rides before the park opened. The buses were great and ran every 15 minutes. Overall, it has everything you need and the staff were incredibly helpful! I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re planning to hit up the Universal parks."

"Nice property with great location for Disney parks but they need to focus on arrival at the hotel for guests driving. It was pure chaos upon arrival with no signage or communication and you have to park on the other side of the neighboring hotel so it’s a bit of a walk with luggage."

"Friendly staff overall. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hot and cold breakfast was available with a decent selection to choose from. Only downside is the $20 a day for parking."
