"The shower pressure is excellent. Love the in-room over-the-cup drip coffees. Staff is very accommodating and extremely helpful. I needed change for the bus and they went out of their way to help me with it. Who uses coins nowadays, right? Ms. Anson is very knowledgeable and on top of room availabilities. I forgot to put in a request to be on the same floor as my parents. She was next to the lady that checked me in and was able to walk her through on which room to check. I ended up right next...

"ドラゴンウィンドのスタッフさんは頻繁に清掃やお皿を回収しにきてくれ、衛生面的にも良かったです。"

"Excellent shower experience even though the room is small. Not enough space for opening two big luggages at the same time. Cleaning in details needs to be improved - telephone is dirty and the glass shelves are full of dust. Others are okay, the bedding is comfortable and clean :)"

"Very Clean and laundry changed daily, helpful staff, Very busy hotel with small rooms, no gym or pool but I understand there is access in the other hotel ajoining the 4 Points. overall a good tourist hotel with ample food for breakfast."

"Close to airport with shuttle bus every 30 minutes, convenient location if your main purpose is to catching a flight. The last shuttle bus was scheduled at 00:45, it is still very likely one would miss it if your flight is late or long lining up at the custom."

"I like that there is shuttle busses to and from the airport as well as the closest MTR station. If you plan to dine in the hotel, you get a discount for staying there too. The rooms were very clean and loved having the AC on when it was hot. The staff is more than willing to help out whenever. Would stay here again if my purpose for the stay is only Disneyland and need to be close to the airport as other areas are far away."

"Beautiful hotel & views"

"Lots of activities for the kids."

"opcion muy Buena, pero al momento de hacer check in habia una fila enorme que demoramos mas de una hora en tomar la habitacion, El resto muy Bien."

"酒店的地點位置非常方便，在鬧市的中心位置承擔各項交通工具也非常容易"

"Old, flickering lights, stupid elevators that don’t go to the ground floor, stained mirrors. Good location though."

"Great hotel within walking distance to many areas. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room large for Hong Kong hotel rooms and very clean and tidy. Gary Australia"

"Great location! Very luxurious"

"Clean and easy"

"The “queen bed” is not a queen bed at all - just two twin sized beds put together. Seems misleading and Expedia should consider not labeling these rooms as “Queen beds” as they simply are not. The lifts are quite slow to arrive and serve many floors so be prepared for it to take a while to get up and down from your room. Additionally, I needed to print some travel documents and it cost 60HKD for 2.5 sheets of black and white paper which seemed excessively expensive for someone already...
