"Está es la segunda vez que nos hispedamos mi esposo y yo aquí, veníamos de los angeles a visitar kingscayon National Park, la primera ves buen todo bien y decidimos regresar, ya era tarde cuando reservé la habitación, no me di cuenta hasta que ya estábamos instalandos y muy cansados , la cama estaba mal tendida , cuando me iba a bañar una de las toallas blancas estaba con manchas, las persianas estaban sucias la mesa de noche le falta una pintada , le falta mucho mantenimiento a esa habitación...

"Everything from the hotel was ok until it was time to go to bed. The room I got had 2 beds and both of the mattresses were the worst ever at any hotel. They were the mattress with springs in them and they were so noisy and very uncomfortable to sleep in. It made for the worst experience ever. It was actually the first time at this hotel chain and it will definitely be the last time. Also, the room had carpet in it, it felt dirty and smelled dingy. On the brighter side, the two ladies that helped...

"The main reason I booked there was for the indoor pool, but it was not open my entire stay there. The room was a little small and the air conditioning was not working great, it was hot in the room. Besides that, everything else was great!"
