L'Osiris is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), the accommodation offers beautiful volumes, it is spacious and bright. The flat combines modern comfort with meticulous decoration. Every detail has been thought of to offer you a warm, functional and pleasant place to live.
It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen with attractive crockery, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofas, a dining table overlooking the bay of Le Prieuré.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200), storage space and TV.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin.
- A separate WC
- The flat is equipped with electric roller shutters.

Outside:
- You can enjoy a balcony, accessed from the living room, which offers a splendid view of the mouth of the Rance and the bay of Prieuré.

- Work is in progress on the neighbouring property (which adjoins the external stairs leading to the accommodation). Noise pollution may occur during the day.
The declared completion date is 30 June 2026. We are not in a position to inform future travellers on a day-to-day basis whether there will be any work or disturbance during your stay. The works in no way affect the view of the Priory Bay (sea view) from the accommodation.
- Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Two external staircases must be climbed to access the flat.
