"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room reeked of mildew masked by an overpowering fragrance that gave me a severe migraine. The air conditioning didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken and wouldn’t flush, and the room was visibly dirty with stained carpet throughout. The bathtub was also dirty and unusable. I paid for a two-night stay but had to find another hotel after the first night because it was that bad. When I brought these issues up at checkout, the front desk staff cut me off and responded rudely. Completely unacceptable."

"Was at the hotel for maybe 20 minutes. Ended up driving 2 hours back home. The carpet was torn in the hallway, wires were hanging out of the wall in stairwells (covered in about 5-10 years of dust), our room door didn’t close all the way unless I slammed it, wasn’t informed that the elevator was broken until I got there (I’m disabled and can’t take the stairs, they didn’t have a room available on the first floor), the walls were thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, it’s obviously the hotel hasn’t been well maintained at all. I was afraid I would see rats honestly. Was told by the desk clerk she would try to get me a refund and call me to let me know what was going on. I got no call, I got no refund. "

"Hot tub was too hot and jets didn't work the first night, and the pool was quite cloudy. BUT the room was amazing and spacious, clean, and not too pricey. We really liked it and will stay again."
