"Lack of empathy. After being stuck in 2 blizzard storms with weather warning alerts and road closures on 2 days, there was no way to reach the hotel on check-in date. Other hotels and Airbnb graciously agreed to cancel our booking due to the extenuating weather related circumstances. But this property has no empathy for customers and refuses even a partial refund and blame it on customer for not wanting to make the long drive even if it is not safe for customer to do so.
