Living room features a gas fireplace and flatscreen. Free WiFi and cable. Dining room seats 6. Large private deck with two lounge chairs, 3 folding chairs and a deck table that seats 4. Full size washer and dryer for convenience. In the summer from June - September, listen to the concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck.

The Silverthorne Outlets are less than a 5 minute drive. Walk to the Dillon Marina for boat, kayak and SUP rentals. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail.
