"The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. It is an old hotel & the years has shown the wear. Even though they tried to improve it, there were many things that still need upgrading. The bathroom had a bad smell...no exhaust fan. The shower 🚿 wasn't bad but the tub floor was not level. There seemed to have a crack in it. The breakfast had a lot to be desired...very limited to the choices. Earlier in the day I called the actual Day Inn by Wyndham. The gentleman told me they didn't have...

"I enjoyed that my room didn’t have rug or carpet . The musty smell was not there which I appreciate it . The only thing I would’ve changed was that I needed to go to the front desk for new towels since housekeeping comes every other day"

"Parking was ok, air conditioning was good. The room and linen was dirty. Staff was cordial I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. Everything was dirty even when I asked for clean towels they were not clean."

"First of all the lady at the front desk with the long red hair was extremely rude and disinterested in her job. She visibly rolled her eyes at a customer at one point. I avoided asking the questions that I wanted to due to her sheer disinterest and she was distracted by her phone. Due to her customer service alone I would not return. Princess in the other hand who came to fix our tv was very helpful and friendly. Princess really should be at the front desk. Pool was closed. Room not clean. It...
