"Hotel location is okay, 30 min walk to St Nicolas point view. 5 min walk to supermarket. There is a bar opposite the hotel and this gets very noisy at night. I had to put on my noise cancelling headphones so I could sleep. You can also hear the traffic on the roads, even with the windows closed.
There were no freebies given like other hotels, they have hand soap and cream in the dispensers and the same for the shower but that’s it. They gave teas on the first day of our stay but only give it on the first day.
Hotel cleaning for the rooms is below average. There were three of us in a triple room, but only 2 of everything was provided in the room.
The room seems a bit dated. The air conditioning kept turning off after a few hours, we told reception and later a handy man came and fixed it.
The customer service skills of some of the staff members I spoke to at the reception desk was really bad. When we called reception, they showed attitude and cut the phone off on us. We asked for a spoon and he said you have to get it from the bar and then cut the line.
The highlight and the good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in Spain, the dining area is big and the 2 male staff members that worked in the breakfast area were so nice and friendly. The wi-fi worked fine too. "
