"My stay was excellent! Sr. Carlos went above and beyond to allow me in much earlier that the check-in time since I took the overnight ETN Turistar from CDMX and arrived in the early morning. I got to sleep and woke up refreshed. The room had a comfortable king size bed. I had a chance to relax in the pool and seats under the shade in the common areas. In the mornings I ran to the beach which is less than 10 min on foot. My only regret is not staying more nights and use the kitchen, sofa, hamaca, to relax and feel more at home. The cleaners were super friendly as they guarded my backpacks while I ate lunch at taqueria around the corner. Easy place to take the collective taxis to get Walmart and connect with other transports."

"All of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning lady was the best. She made sure she checked in with us each day. She really treated us like family. The shuttle between the 3 resorts was very convenient. Overall really a great experience."
