The staff were friendly and very helpful. A unique situation holding a family reunion in a place that no longer has living family. We pretty much took over the lobby for 2ish days and the staff were kind enough to allow us to visit with each other and not kick us out. :-)

Everyone was extremely hospitable! Kristie, Angie and Mary go above and beyond their job duties to ensure each guest's needs are met. Check In was seamless, they do kindly speed my ice packs since we were traveling, Angie checked in to see how everything was, room was clean, beds were comfortable, the exercise room was clean. Mary did an excellent job with breakfast, kept the nook cleaned and food was unexpectedly delicious...I am very please! If we happen to be traveling in the area in the future, here is where we'd stay!

Very clean. Found several long blond hairs on the entry floor to the room. I’m certain they were trapped by the mop and left unintentionally. Still an excellent rate!

Amazing hotel that Dexter so desperately needed. Everything was immaculate, and the breakfast was exceptional. Super friendly staff too! I’m already looking forward to my next visit..

Booked 2 rooms for my family and my boyfriend booked his own. Called to make sure we would be on the same floor, then checked again when I checked in on Friday. Was told yes both times. When my boyfriend showed up Saturday to check in he was told they overbooked King rooms (he booked in May) and to be on 4th floor he would need a 2 bed room. So he agreed and then was charged for the room in full, even though he paid when reserving. Then he was told that they had kicked his reservation because they had 2 events planned that weekend. So he paid for a hotel room there then had to call Expedia to get a refund. Employees seemed to not know the system or why it was doing this. Manager was less than pleasant. Automatic lights in the bathroom shut off on me mid shower and on our final day the fire alarm was set off at 5:15 am by staff in the kitchen. Checking out the guy seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but there. Clean property but lots of little issues that made the stay frustrating.
