"Only suggestion I have is a mattress pad on the bed in the queen room. That bed was very hard and we did t sleep very well that night. Everything else was great though."

"Lovely space and good amenities :)"

"The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. "We stayed at this property for 6 nights, everything was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We were just far enough to many shopping areas and grocery stores. It was very quiet and peaceful. Ed and Cindy are amazing hosts, we will be returning next year!"

"Checks every box!"

"Great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable."
